Mission 1850 Annual Appeal


In lieu of an Autumn Gala fundraiser this year the Erie Canal Museum has decided to "get back to our roots" with Mission 1850 in honor of our National Register 1850 Weighlock Building. This Annual Appeal provides support to the Erie Canal Museum operating budget by offsetting unexpected expenses not covered by membership dues or other operating revenues. Gifts to the Annual Appeal directly benefit the museum and ensure that the history of the Erie Canal is not lost. These gifts are a vital to underwrite all of the programs at the museum.
